The OnlyInboards Swag Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by OnlyInboards, LLC, located in Dahinda, Illinois (“Sponsor”).
This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of OnlyInboards, LLC are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
To enter, participants must submit a qualifying boat review on OnlyInboards.com that meets all of the following requirements:
The review must be authentic, based on the entrant’s personal experience with the boat model being reviewed.
All fields in the review form — including optional fields — must be fully completed.
The review must be approved by OnlyInboards administrators as genuine and compliant with site guidelines.
Each approved, qualifying review counts as one (1) entry into the prize drawing.
Multiple entries are allowed, provided each review meets the qualifying criteria.
No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
Winners will receive OnlyInboards merchandise, which may include (but is not limited to):
hats, T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, trailer guide pads, stickers, and magnets.
The approximate retail value of each prize varies between $5 and $50, depending on the specific item awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
For every five (5) qualifying reviews received and approved by the Sponsor, one (1) winner will be selected at random from the pool of those five entries.
The odds of winning depend on the number of qualifying entries received.
Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of submission.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the notification email is undeliverable, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prizes will be shipped within the United States only to the address provided by the winner after confirmation.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the spirit of the Promotion.
All entries become the property of OnlyInboards, LLC and may be used in accordance with its website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By accepting a prize, winners grant OnlyInboards, LLC permission to use their first name, boat model reviewed, and review content for promotional purposes (including on the OnlyInboards website and social media) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may affect entry or prize notification.
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of all risks and releases the Sponsor from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
