2007 MasterCraft X-45 – 8.1L Big Block – 24’ of Room & Tons of Power

Selling my 2007 MasterCraft X-45 powered by the desirable 8.1L Vortec big block. This is a big, heavy 24-foot boat with plenty of room for family and friends and more than enough power for surfing, wakeboarding, tubing, or cruising.

The X-45 is a great platform if you want a large surf/wake boat without spending $70k–$100k+ on something newer. It has a huge interior, deep freeboard, tons of storage, factory ballast, and the big-block power that fits this boat perfectly.

This boat has a ton of potential as a surf setup. The X-45 responds very well to additional ballast and surf-system upgrades because of its size and hull. It also makes an excellent family lake boat because you aren’t constantly fighting for space like you are in a 21–22’ boat.

The 8.1L is a major plus on the X-45. It has the torque to move this big boat even when loaded with people and ballast.

It’s a 2007 boat, not a showroom-new boat, so it has normal cosmetic wear for its age. I’m happy to be straightforward about anything it needs and let a serious buyer inspect/test it.

Selling because I’m considering moving into a newer dedicated surf boat.

Clean X-45s with the 8.1L aren’t especially common. If you’re looking for a big MasterCraft with tons of room, big-block power, and a platform you can build into a very capable surf boat, this is a lot of boat for the money.
