The 2016 MasterCraft X46 is a purpose-built 24-foot platform engineered around the brand’s Gen 2 Surf System and integrated ballast architecture to deliver consistent, customizable wake and surf performance. The hull design is optimized for displacement and control, working in conjunction with factory ballast and surf tabs to shape clean, scalable waves. Powered by Ilmor Marine engines, the propulsion system is tuned for torque and reliability under load. The cockpit features a reconfigurable seating layout with convertible rear lounge positions, allowing for multiple viewing and social configurations without compromising function. At the helm, a dual-screen touchscreen interface centralizes control of surf settings, ballast, audio, and navigation systems, providing precise adjustment in real time. Finished with MasterCraft’s premium vinyl and fit and finish standards, the X46 integrates performance systems, digital control, and interior flexibility into a cohesive large-format towboat platform.
