Hate to list for sale, but it is time. The best family boat out there. Original owner. Large enough to bring all your friends and family to the lake. It's the perfect boat for large Lake Powell gatherings. Unfortunately, we sold our Lake Powell houseboat last year and with our kids now all busy adults it didn't get used enough in 2025 to justify keeping. It has a new engine with about 300 hrs on the boat itself. Would love for it to find the right new home. Would gladly toss in all the extra boat stuff for the right buyer. (9 surf boards all sizes and styles, wakeboards, kneeboards, zup board, tubes, ropes, jackets, etc.)
All the top of the line features from 2019, power tower, ramfill, quiet exhaust, etc. Great used boat. It has been loved and cared for, serviced every year. The things that would need attention if I was keeping for another year. The left board rack doesn't swing as freely as it should. The bimini and the storage cover are originals and are showing signs of age. The trailer tires are over 2 years old, lots of tread, but AZ is hard on tires.
