Upgraded MasterCraft clamping racks installed in the last year ($2k each). Engine warranty to mid-2027 or 1,000 hours, transferable for $500.

Serviced at BoatTown Austin its entire life, every 50 hours. Just recently got an oil change. 

No trailer - Boat is on a private canal in the Lake Hills community with potential to take over the slip. Slip has a cover and lift. Buyer will need to arrange transport or confirm slip takeover.
