This r21 has been upgraded to make the best surf wave possible for the size of the boat: 500lbs of lead, upgraded rear ballast bags, and an upgraded prop. These upgrades make surfing without the rope very easy with lots of push. The boat has a new starting battery, steering cable, and starter. Oil change and impeller service just completed. Everything works great. small scuffs and nicks on sides from normal use. Original ballast bags and prop come with sale.
