The Opti-V 2.0 hull is the foundation everything else builds on. With 20 degrees of deadrise at the transom, it displaces more water before you add a single pound of ballast, which means you're working with a wave that already has shape and push before the system even kicks in. That same hull design is shared with the Ri series, so you're getting proven, competition-level surf performance in a boat that's easier to own day-to-day. And because of how efficiently the hull moves through the water, you're looking at up to 50% better fuel economy compared to other towboats.
The Quicksurf Pro System handles wave shaping with precision, and the Silent Stinger wake plate diverts exhaust away from riders without touching wave quality. What I love about the paddle shifters on the steering wheel is how they keep the driver in control without ever leaving the wheel: left paddle adjusts the stinger plate for wave shape, right paddle trims cruise speed. It sounds like a small thing until you're dialing in a wave for a new surfer and you realize how much easier the whole process gets.
New for 2026, the Fast Mover system runs high-flow stainless steel Seaflow pumps that fill ballast twice as fast as before and are built to last significantly longer than standard pumps. The heater runs two snorkel vents plus a fixed vent, which matters more than people expect on early-morning spring days or late into September. Front and rear cameras feed directly to the dash screen, so the driver always knows what's happening behind the boat and in front of the bow. Interior RGBW accent lighting is fully controllable through the Champ audio command center, which also handles volume, Quicksurf settings, and anchor and nav lights from the driver's position. All storage lockers are Rhino lined throughout, making them mildew-resistant and easy to wipe down after a long day on the water. The integrated walkway trash can is one of those details that seems small until you've spent a full day on the water without one.
