This is the boat Mitch calls the best bang-for-your-buck surf boat ever built by any brand, and after spending time with the S240, it's hard to argue with that.
The S240 is built around Supreme's Easy-V hull, a deep-V design that naturally channels water behind the boat rather than letting it disperse to the sides. What that means on the water is a longer, more powerful surf wave than you'd get from a flat-bottom hull running the same ballast. It also rides noticeably smoother when the lake gets choppy, which matters when you're out there all day with the family.
The Quicksurf Pro System is what makes wave setup so effortless. Three plates at the transom work together: the patented Silent Stinger center plate handles exhaust, routing it down and away from riders without touching the wave shape, while the two side plates shift water from one side to the other in about 1.8 seconds. You can dial the plates from 0 to 100 percent in 20 increments, so when your teenager wants a bigger push and your spouse wants something mellower to learn on, you're adjusting on the fly without changing speed or draining ballast. One-button surf activation on the touchscreen dash sets everything automatically based on saved rider profiles, so you're not fiddling with settings between runs.
The ballast system runs subfloor tanks from the transom to roughly mid-boat for the right weight distribution, and the plug-and-play bags in the side lockers let you scale up to 5,600 lbs total. That's more factory-installed ballast capacity than any boat outside the Centurion and Supreme family. The PCM ZZ5 paired with the PowerPull transmission handles all of it cleanly, and this combination is genuinely the most fuel-efficient setup in the towboat segment, which you'll notice at the end of a long summer weekend.
The Mocha and White vinyl throughout the cockpit is the same quality you'll find in Centurion boats, and it covers every seating and interior surface. No exposed fiberglass panels or plastic substitutes where you'd expect cushioning. The cockpit is rated for 16 people, so even with a full crew of kids and their friends, there's room to move around. The Sewlong Double XL bimini covers from the tower forward to just past the windshield, shading nearly the entire cockpit. It also has heat-resistant surfboard pockets built in so boards aren't sitting in the sun blistering between runs. The heater comes standard with one snorkel vent and two fixed vents, which makes early-morning departures and late-season days a lot more comfortable for everyone on board.
Storage is genuinely well thought out here. Rear transom lockers for quick-grab items, side lockers with Rhino lining for the ballast bags and gear, a large observer locker that fits a tube, a cooler, or a boat cover, and bow storage with a dedicated anchor spot. All the underseat storage is Rhino lined too, so nothing slides around and you're not fighting mold at the end of the season. The wireless charging phone holder is built into the helm, interior accent lighting sets the mood for evening runs, and the Champ audio system with 8-inch interior speakers, a pair of Wetsounds REV-10 tower speakers, and a subwoofer means the music is actually there on the water, not just background noise.
The 2027 S240 delivers a wave and a build quality that competes well above its price point, with the full Supreme warranty behind it: five years on the base, lifetime on the deck, hull, and stringer system, five years and 1,000 hours on the engine, and five years on the trailer. The tandem axle Boatmate trailer with dual disc brakes and swing-away tongue is included, not an add-on. This is a complete package ready for the water from day one.
If you want to come see this one in person or get out on the water for a demo, we'd love to make that happen. Reach out and we'll get it set up.
