2027 MasterCraft X23

The 2027 MasterCraft X23 brings back a well loved model on a reworked platform. It seats 16 in a boat that still feels easy to drive and dock, and it steps up to the premium comfort, technology and power of the X family. For owners who want X series refinement without moving to the biggest boats, the X23 is the right size.

Behind the boat, an evolved hull works with SurfStar and heavy factory ballast to build a big, clean surf wave, and standard FastFill gets the boat ready to ride quickly. New for 2027, Progressive AutoLaunch automatically manages the trim tabs and ballast as the boat accelerates, helping it get on plane faster with less bow rise. It’s the first system of its kind in the towboat segment, and it lets the driver focus on the water ahead. The Ilmor 6.2L GDI comes standard, with the Ilmor Supercharged 6.2L available for maximum performance.

Updated helm software adds a reverse camera overlay, an improved rudder position display, a clearer Forward Neutral Reverse indicator, and the option to save audio zone controls as Favorites. SoundStage audio now adjusts its speaker zones automatically between Drive, Tow and Surf modes. A redesigned Heritage Bimini comes standard with more overhead room for foils and boards. A new aft sunshade is also available, which covers the area behind the tower without poles on the swim platform and can stay up while underway.

Inside, the X23 features flip up transom lounge seats, an all new transom walkthrough, a pickle fork bow with armrests and anchor storage, and a dual screen X Series dash with MyDrive. It also comes standard with bow and tower cameras, helm and cockpit wireless charging, keyless ignition, eight cockpit speakers with dual 12 inch subwoofers and a Z9 power tower. New for 2027 are a storage net under the observer seat, a new standard cooler and an available built in inflator. Popular upgrades include MAAX audio, a four camera system, a power helm seat lift, heated seats, a heater, CoolFeel vinyl, a flip down swim step, a teak platform, a premium cage bimini and a stern thruster.
