Supra Sunsport 24V Boats for Sale
The Supra Sunsport 24V is a large, luxury V-drive wake boat built for families and riders who want maximum space and performance. Known for its deep hull, smooth ride, and powerful wakes, the 24V delivers outstanding capability for wakeboarding, surfing, and cruising. With its strong Indmar power and refined design, the Supra Sunsport 24V offers the perfect blend of comfort, size, and on-water performance for serious enthusiasts and families alike.
The Supra Sunsport 24V was introduced in the mid-2000s by Skier’s Choice in Maryville, Tennessee, as the flagship model in the Sunsport series. Built on the same general platform as the Launch 24 SSV, the 24V was designed to deliver large, clean wakes while offering a more luxurious and comfort-oriented interior layout. Measuring about 24 feet in length with an 8-foot 6-inch beam, it was one of the largest inboard boats in Supra’s lineup during that period.
The V-drive configuration placed the engine at the rear, optimizing interior space and weight distribution for wake formation. Power options included Indmar Assault and Indmar 340 engines producing between 325 and 340 horsepower, with higher output engines available as upgrades in later years. This power, combined with the boat’s deep hull and high ballast capacity, made it capable of producing large, ramp-style wakes for wakeboarding and long, powerful waves for surfing.
The Supra Sunsport 24V came standard with Supra’s ballast system, offering around 1,950 pounds of capacity, and the SmartPlate adjustment system, which allowed drivers to fine-tune wake shape and running attitude. Its deep freeboard hull design provided exceptional stability, making it comfortable and safe for large groups even in rougher water.
Inside, the 24V emphasized comfort and convenience. It featured wraparound lounge seating, high-quality vinyl upholstery, stainless accents, and ample storage throughout. The open bow added additional seating, while the Rad-A-Cage tower provided easy board storage and towing capability. Features such as PerfectPass cruise control, driver heaters, and upgraded stereo systems were available, making the 24V well equipped for long days on the lake.
By 2010, the 24V transitioned out of production as Supra’s new 242 and SE models introduced modern surf technology and refreshed designs. However, the Sunsport 24V remains a favorite on the used market for its proven reliability, comfortable layout, and excellent wake performance. It continues to appeal to boaters who want the size and features of a modern inboard with the simplicity and craftsmanship Supra is known for.
