This is a top-of-the-line 2023 Malibu 25’ LSV — owned by us since new, professionally maintained from day one, and built with the options that actually matter on the water. The full factory build sheet is in the photos; here’s the short version.
ENGINE
Malibu LT4 supercharged, 607 hp. The base engine doesn’t get it done like this. This is the motor you want when the ballast is full and there’s a surfer behind the boat.
WAKE AND SURF
Surf Gate, Power Wedge III, Hi-Flo ballast with optional port and starboard rear bags, and the G5 tower. Side-pull surf points, PTM clamping spinner board racks, and a wide-angle rear-view mirror so the driver can actually watch the rider.

CONDITION
This boat has 780 hours. That’s more than the average 2023 in Utah, which why the price is where it is. Here’s why those hours shouldn’t concern you:
• Half of them are idle. The computer shows roughly 390 hours at idle.
• The other half were spent pulling surfers at 11 mph. 90% Of the time these boats are pulling surfers at less than 3000 RPMs.
• 1 boat hour is equivalent to 50 road miles. 780 hours equates to a 39,000-mile car. Nobody blinks at that.
• These engines are rated for 3,000+ hours with proper maintenance. This one has used about a quarter of its service life.
• It has never had an accident and 0 mechanical problem.
• Every one of those hours was logged under fleet maintenance. Oil, impellers, fluids, inspections — done on schedule by our in-house mechanic, not “whenever I got around to it.” Records available.
